SAFE
Zenith’s SAFE team approach (Safety, Accountability, & Focus, in Everything) is comprised of leadership and team members at all levels. We've developed corporate policies and a safety program specific to each job task and provide extensive training to our team members.
We are committed to holding each other accountable and raising concerns when we see something that threatens the safety of others. There is no such thing as being too safe.
A step beyond
Additionally, we mandate that our team members participate in our clients’ safety training in addition to our own safety training, to ensure everyone is on the same page, every time.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Our safety training stresses procedures for accident investigation, arc flash/asbestos awareness, electrical conditions, forklift operation, hazardous condition communication, confined space training, lead awareness, and lock out/tag out procedures and more.
